However, they were extremely accommodating by allowing me to meet with Maryam (the technician) in advance before making a commitment. Maryam was extremely knowledgeable and kind, immediately putting me at ease. She also was very patient to ensure I liked what she “mapped” before starting the work. I trusted her advice when I momentarily disagreed with her - and I’m so glad I did because the result was amazing! During the work, she ensured that I was not feeling any discomfort. She clearly knew what she was doing and took very good care of me. I’m extremely grateful to Maryam and Swan Medi Spa for their kindness and commitment to excellence.
